Return & Exchange Policy

At Be The Medicci, We want you to love your purchase! If something doesn’t fit quite right, we’re happy to offer refund or exchanges within 7 days of delivery. Please read our policy below for a smooth experience:

Refunds and Exchange Allowed

Given the work and design that goes into every single product, we would love for you to try out different sizes and shapes. If nothing seems to be as per your taste then we do offer refunds for any purchases. However, we are happy to even exchange your item for a different size, color, or style (subject to availability).

Exchange Conditions

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

  • Exchanges must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

How to Request an Exchange or Return

  1. Email us at sales@bethemedicci.com with your order number and reason for exchange or return or whatsapp us on +919985280000.

  2. Once approved, we will arrange for a return pick up for the shipment to get the item back to us within 5-10 days.

  3. After receiving and inspecting the item, we’ll process the exchange and send out your new item or refund to your original payment mode in 7-10 working days.

Shipping Costs

  • We’ll cover the shipping of the exchanged item back to you (one-time only).
