Shipping Policy

Be The Medicci is excited to get your order to you! Below is everything you need to know about how we ship:

Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We offer standard shipping across India. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout.

Standard Shipping (6-10 days): Rs. 99 

Expedited Shipping (3-5 days): Rs. 250

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors (weather, courier delays, etc.).

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package’s journey.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship only within India apart from the below locations.

  • We do not ship to Jammu and Kashmir.

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours with photos and your order number. This helps us to escalate the matter with the courier partner.

Unreachable Customer / Failed Delivery Policy

We want to ensure your order reaches you safely and on time. However, we rely on accurate contact details and cooperation for smooth delivery. Please read the following carefully:

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will make up to 2–3 delivery attempts. If the customer is unreachable, unavailable, or fails to accept the delivery, the order will be marked as undeliverable.

What Happens Next

  • If the package is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts, we will contact you via email or phone.

  • You may choose to have the item re-shipped (at an additional shipping charge).

  • If we do not hear from you within 7 days of the failed delivery, the order will be considered forfeited and no exchange or refund will be issued. We understand that this is inflexible, however, given the specialization of our designs and small batch productions, we hope our customers have the same love for the product that we do. 

Customer Responsibility

  • Please ensure your shipping address and phone number are accurate when placing the order.

  • Keep an eye on delivery updates and be available to receive the package during the estimated delivery window.

Disputed or False Delivery Attempt Policy

We work with reliable courier partners, but we understand that occasional errors may occur. If your tracking shows a “delivery attempt” or “delivered” status but you did not receive the order or no attempt was made, please follow the steps below:

What to Do

  1. Contact us within 24 hours of the marked delivery/attempt.

  2. Provide your order number, a brief description of the issue, and any available proof (e.g. CCTV footage, absence notice, no call logs, etc.).

  3. We will open an investigation with the courier partner on your behalf.

Investigation Process

  • Investigations may take 5–7 business days.

  • During this time, we will coordinate with the courier to verify the delivery scan, GPS location (if available), and driver logs.

Resolution

  • If the courier confirms that no valid attempt was made, we will reship your order at no extra cost.

  • If the courier confirms a valid delivery attempt, re-delivery will be possible at an additional shipping charge, in case the attempt has been made 3 times already.

  • If the package was marked as delivered but you did not receive it, and the courier confirms delivery, we cannot be held responsible unless clear evidence of fault is found.

Tips to Avoid Issues

  • Make sure your contact number is reachable at the time of delivery.

  • Provide clear and accurate address details, including nearby landmarks if needed.
